Easter sheep of almond paste, Sicilian symbolically Easter specialty, produced with only almond flour and therefore gluten free, also suitable for gluten intolerant. Equipped with the fence, and inserted in the Christian Easter tradition, the Easter sheep is an extremely welcome dessert as a gift, a harbinger of festive wishes, and excellent after a meal both as an alternative to the classic dove, and as an additional sweet course, to be enjoyed with strong liqueurs or schnapps.
Even the Easter sheep, like other products of the period, are shipped immediately on the day of the order, by courier, throughout Italy and Europe.
