Bergamot honey for cheeses, a delicious product born from the union of Millefiori honey with bergamot fruit, and with many anti-oxidant properties. Honey is traditionally used for breakfast, for the creation of sweets or glazes, but the use of honey with cheese is in Sicily a delicious and highly appreciated food typicity. Typically used to enrich fresh ricotta, Bergamot honey can be enjoyed together with soft cheeses, ricotta, robiola, fontina, caciotta, but with Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano it becomes an excellent match.
