, the belly of pork, reared by hand, is processed with natural methods to become one of the most exquisite italian cold cut (salami), precisely the rolled pork belly bacon. Great as an appetizer, tasted along with sandwiches or as a filling for sandwiches and bread rolls and panini, but successfully used for many pasta recipes like "Arrabiata Spaghetti", or "Penne Amatriciana" (together with pork jowl), or to give a smoky flavor to dishes. Vacuum packed.
The cut of this salami is handcrafted and performed at the time of sale directly by the manufacturer. This ensures freshness and fragrance to the product, however, it is not always possible to determine with accuracy the exact weight to be cut, which may depend on the used part.
