The Prickly Pear Jam, an excellent antioxidant, is a typically Sicilian product like the fruit from which it is created. Excellent for breakfast, for its delicately sweetened aroma, the prickly pear jam contains all the properties of the fruit such as the vitamins of the group C, potassium and magnesium, so very useful in the summer. The fibers contained in the prickly pear jam, help to burn the sugars, and to regulate the intestine. Ideal on rusks for breakfast.
