The sicilian Caponata is a set of fried vegetables, topped with tomato sauce, celery, onion, olives and capers in a sweet and sour sauce. There are many variations, depending on the ingredients.
This version only with green olives is one of the tastiest versions, with a little bit of vegetables and many sicilian taste. In compliance with
