Sicilian Capers in salt are used for many recipes and sauces based on fish and meat. For their intense Mediterranean flavors are good as a base for tuna sauce, garlic and tomatoes. Because of their high salt content, in which they are immersed, it is recommended to use instead of salt, or washed under running water for several minutes before use.
