The dessert wine
Garighe, of the Cellar Miceli, is a partially fermented must, produced
from Sicilian zibibbo grapes, and thanks to the low alcohol content,
only 4%, pleasant even during meals. With its
brilliant straw yellow color, the Garighe wine offers the typical aroma
of the Sicilian Zibibbo grapes, with hints of citrus and exotic fruit on
the nose. It should be drunk cold, even the ice cream, and paired with sweets and desserts.

Alcohol content : 4% Vol.
Serving temperature : 7-10 C°
