The red wine
BAARIA SYRAH, a Sicilian single-vineyard, produced by the
Miceli Cellars, is made from 100% Syrah grapes grown in the area
between Castelvetrano and Sciacca, from vines owned by Miceli Cellars. With
a full-bodied taste and rightly tannic, with hints of Berry cherry and
plum, it goes very well with full-bodied meat dishes, first courses and
spicy seasoned cheeses. Syrah is a Sicilian single-vineyard from the area of Noto, Syracuse and spread throughout Sicily. The Syrah Baaria Miceli, is a very pleasant red wine and ideal for important lunches and dinners.
Alcohol Content : 13,5% Vol.
Variety: Syrah 100%
Soil: Loose / limestone.
Harvest: the second ten days of September.
Wine-making: de-stemming the grapes. alcoholic fermentation on the skins for about 10 days at controlled temperature (24 ° c). After malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 12 months in steel tanks.
