Nebrodi black pig sausage, similar to salami but less seasoned, is one of the delicacies that the Nebrodi park in the province of Messina gives thanks to the heads of black pig that graze freely in the area. From the characteristic "U" shape, and with a faster processing than the salami, the sausage is rich in taste, flavored and produced without any particular additive, only pure Nebrodi black pig meat.
