This organic wine is born on the beautiful hills of Sannio, from grapes grown on sandy-clayey soils resulting from the weathering of sandstones. The position is on a steep slope and the exposure is south-west. The vine is 100% Falanghina. The vineyards of 25 years, planted in rows, with 3,300 plants per hectare are conducted with organic methods since 1994. The wine is made by hand-picking the grapes from 1 October onwards, destemming followed by pressing, settling at 12 ° C for 24 hours and decanting of the clear must, which is started in fermentation at 16 ° C.
