The best almonds of the Sicilian territory are processed to become a pasta, sweet and soft, which the mastery of our production, the best in Sicily, manages to model in cooking with different shapes and garnishes. Generally called almond pastries, they are also recognized as almond biscuits by the tourists who come to our Palermo to taste, precisely in this historical production, the fruit of the centuries-old tradition that comes from the hands of our production.
