Safe and Easy
Sicilian pistachio biscuits are handmade, processed and kneaded by hand as per ancient Sicilian tradition and contain the true taste of pistachio because the ingredients used for their creation are natural, genuine and healthy. The pistachio used for the aroma and the grain inserted in the dough are those of Bronte, a town on the slopes of Etna renowned for the excellent quality of pistachio production. The homemade pistachio biscuits are crumbly and excellent to dip in milk for breakfast, with a wonderfully original taste, or in coffee. Given their goodness and intense taste, they are also excellent accompanied with a sweet liqueur, as a dessert, or, as we do in Sicily, as a base for typical desserts, for example tiramisu or Sicilian "biancomangiare", previously drenched in coffee or liqueur. A very versatile product thanks to its taste, which once tasted, you can no longer do without it.
