From genuine ingredients and not produced in land exploited by intensive cultivation, but owned by the company "Il Lochetto" in the Nebrodi, this eggplant caponata is appreciated for its artisan taste, genuine and intense as the old recipes of the past, from original taste. Strictly Sicilian aubergines, celery, olives, tomatoes for the sauce are just some of the excellent ingredients that we can find in these 300 or 500 gr. Jars, excellent with fresh bread, as a side dish for meat and fish, as always very welcome appetizers or simply in place of a salad, for an effective dinner or lunch, or as an extremely greedy between meals.
